Finding an appartment in Geneva is madness. Less than 0.46% of the flats are available for rent. For comparison, in neighbouring Vaud the rate is more than double at 0.96%, whereas in a city like Paris that percentage is 6.9% or x15 times larger than Geneva.

When searching for a flat in Geneva I’ve realised that some ads appear only in the state agent’s website and not in any of the more popular classified ads boards.
It was however too time consuming to go through all the different websites by hand, and so I created a tool to collect the data. Now I’ve created a web interface so that information is easily available for everyone to see.
How to use it
- Go to https://www.mich0.com/flats
- Select the desired number of rooms and maximum price.
- If you plan to check for new flats daily select
published: yesterday, if you plan to check weekly selectpublished: last week. - Bookmark the page.
- You can come again with the desired frequency and see what flats have become available.
- No ads, no login required, no cookies!
